Arnold CSO Bre Rossetti Named to Ad Age's 2026 Leading Women Class
Ad Age , August 10th 20262026 Leading Women honorees represent those who are steering their companies into the future through major disruption and finding growth in a stagnant economy. They are pushing their companies to adopt new revenue streams and unlock more opportunities, while moving past discussing AI and truly implementing it within their businesses.
Bre Rossetti’s work proves strategy can be as big a growth driver as creative itself. In 2025, Rossetti helped the Havas-owned agency secure new clients including Norwegian Cruise Line and Discount Tire. Brand platforms that launched this year with her strategic stamp include “It’s Different Out Here,” which repositioned Norwegian Cruise Line around freedom and helped drive one of its most successful wave seasons (the annual period when cruise lines roll out lots of sales and promotions).
Toast’s “Built for Busy,” another effort boosted by the 2026 Ad Age Leading Woman and her team, reframed being busy as a point of pride.
Her work has also aided Arnold’s award wins, including PNC’s “Brilliantly Boring since 1865” snagging Gold in Finance at the Effies in 2025, where Progressive’s “Dr. Rick” earned a Sustained Success Effie.
“Awards and growth are meaningful, but I’m proudest of the teams and client partnerships behind them,” Rossetti said. “Over the last six years, we’ve built an environment where ambitious people can do the best work of their careers.”
