Arnold partnered with the Ad Council and Boston-based non-profit Year Up in support of an initiative to help businesses fill more than 4 million vacant job positions in the US with qualified workers. The campaign, called “Grads of Life,” was developed to raise awareness and change employers’ perceptions of opportunity youth – the 6M+ young people without access to employment, educational opportunities or the economic mainstream.
Grads of Life — an integrated campaign that includes a series of print, broadcast, radio, outdoor and web PSAs, along with a campaign website redesigned by the Arnold team — launched at the 10th Annual Meeting of the Clinton Global Initiative in New York City on September 23, 2014, with Secretary Hillary Clinton leading the charge.
