Arnold adds Jenn Alfson as Executive Creative Director

On June 21, 2017, Arnold announced the appointment of Jenn Alfson as an Executive Creative Director in the New York office. Alfson will be overseeing creative work across the Kao Corporation portfolio of brands, as well as actively participating in business growth. She will partner and work closely with Tenny Pearson, Managing Director of Arnold’s New York operations.

Throughout her career, Alfson has led initiatives for iconic global beauty brands such as Revlon, Pantene, Maybelline and L’Oréal. She joins Arnold from Fallon NY, where she was a Senior Creative Director developing and overseeing the integrated creative vision for Revlon.

Previously, Alfson was a Creative Director at Grey Group, where she was part of the team that helped pitch and win the Pantene digital business, in turn creating a more positive and measurable consumer journey. Prior to Grey, Alfson contributed to the growth of the Maybelline account at Gotham. Before that, she worked on L’Oréal at McCann-Erickson, where she created integrated campaigns across all categories (cosmetics, hair color, hair care and skincare), contributing to the evolution of the iconic tagline, “Because You’re Worth It.”
