On March 7, 2016, Angie’s List and Arnold Worldwide launched a national brand campaign aimed at reasserting the company’s leadership in the category and reinforcing its value as the go-to destination for consumers looking for highly rated service providers, verified reviews and superior results.

Research identified that the #1 concern consumers had when hiring and working with service providers was whether they would get quality workmanship. Given that Angie’s List’s ultimate goal is to offer consumers a better way to manage their home lives and ensure a quality outcome, the campaign highlights the company’s “Fair Price” and “Service Quality” guarantees.

The brand campaign – which is the first work to launch since Angie’s List and Arnold partnered in January 2016 – represents the first step within a fully integrated brand campaign, which will re-establish Angie’s List as the gold standard in the category. Broadcast efforts will be supported by additional digital, social and experiential activations. The spots were produced though our in-house production company, Studio 6, and directed by ECDs David Register and Wade Devers.
