BRIEF SUMMARY OF ROLE: Responsible for the daily management of assigned accounts as it relates to Integrated Production in a modern Agency. The Integrated Executive Producers create a source of account history and continuity on all production work within their group. This includes supervising the workflow of all assigned producers, associate producers and assistant producers in every aspect of production.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES: Manages and oversees large scale Productions and Campaigns as assigned. Works with creative teams from the earliest concept stage forward, to ensure that the most innovative creative and production methods are employed. Works with Creative Director and Business Leads on production budget planning in a holistic manner to insure Agency is funding production correctly to insure integrated campaigns and nimble production.
Sources and evaluates quality vendors to ensure that creative and production are supported with the best available resources. Is responsible for leading the team who bid out and negotiate with outside vendors in all aspects of Content Production, Digital and Experiential. Develops and continually manages project timelines and budgets. Ensures that proposed creative concepts can be produced within client-specified timeframes and budgets. Manages all resources on a given projects and interfaces with clients when needed. Trains producers, associate producers and assistants. Executes timely performance reviews and mentor those members in their group for professional growth within the Agency. Updates assistants and Business Affairs in all aspects of production and is responsible for final actual on estimated jobs. Adheres to Arnold/Havas compliance requirements in all aspects of job.
QUALIFICATIONS: 7-10 years experience in Production for the Advertising Industry or related fields. Previous production experience for international beauty or fashion accounts preferred. Experience managing integrated productions that can include TV/Video, photography, experiential and digital a plus. Bachelor’s degree in Communications/Film/Advertising or related fields preferred. Superior technical knowledge of Print, Film, Video, Audio, Music production and post- production. Expert knowledge of AICP & AICE production bidding guidelines, IAB best practices and SAG/ AFTRA contract. Candidate should have excellent communications, organization, and negotiation skills. Works well under pressure and consistently delivers high quality work that enhances our overall creative concepts. Demonstrates excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects. Is a self-directed, goal-oriented, results-driven personality with a commitment to continuous improvement. Has relevant experience and knowledge of International Production. Is resourceful with strong creative problem solving skills.
